Embrace Family provides:
 

• Full access to a private, secure Facebook page for Embrace Family members, for all calendaring and discussion/questions

• 8 monthly onsite school year gatherings where we help find/guide/mentor at least two leaders and one mentor mom

• Oversight/mentoring of leaders and mentor adults

• Annual Embrace Family Christmas - Share & Care event - where we learn, socialize and participate in a community giving project

• Spring training opportunities

• Summer socials for parents and kids, as well as adults

The partnering church provides:
 

• Weekday or night access to a room with a large table & chairs for 4-10 adults that’s comfortable & easy to find

• Optionally, hot/cold drinks

A Mentor Partnership

• Guidance on setting up a support group, to include leader & mentor roles/responsibilities

• Ideas on an annual calendar of events

• Ideas no how to communicate your events

• Ideas on how to create a platform for discussion & questions

• Short term mentorship
   

The partnering church provides:
 

• Group leaders (active adoptive & foster parents) & mentor (adults who’ve raised adopted &/or foster children into adulthood/18 yo) adults

• Oversight/mentoring of leaders & mentor adults

• Annual calendar of events, event communication platform & discussion/question platform

• Access to a room with a large table & chairs for 4-10 adults that’s comfortable & easy to find

• Optionally, hot/cold drinks
